Chain of custody starts by cataloging all received media with a ‘VeEVIDENCE_ID’ the moment it enters our doors to ensure its defensibility. After receiving, data is transferred to our secure Tier 3, SAS70 compliant data facility and loaded into the VePROCESS EDD engine. VePROCESS extracts the text and metadata, creates HTML views and places all of this information into a 2008 Enterprise MSSQL Cluster in order for the data to become viewable and searchable in VeREVIEW™ or VeANALYTICS™.
